Ranking up and gaining qualifications

To rank up you have to fulfill all the qualifications in a specific color, as well as a carrier grade and set amount of missions flown. This is all kept track of in the member qualification sheet.

The requirements for rank-up per rank:

  • Ensign: requires all Red and at least carrier grade D.
  • Lieutenant: requires all Yellow, Red, at least carrier grade C, and have at least flown 5 missions.
  • Commander: requires all Gray, Yellow, Red, at least carrier grade B, and have at least flown 10 missions.

To get a qualification marked as "Yes", you first have to use the proficiency in a mission, training, or other private event with a commander present to confirm (or lieutenant if it is a Red qualification).

You can request a qualification check for any number of proficiency's in the "qualification-checks" discord channel. A commander will then help you to get it checked off ASAP. Either by scheduling a private session, or letting you use it in an upcoming mission or training. 

Without a qualification you are normally not allowed to use the proficiency in a mission.
